You and Orbit ABA agree that Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding. The arbitrator may not preside over any form of class or representative action.
 
Limited exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or interference with Site operation.
